By-laws of SASF

We members of the Suzuki Association of South Florida, as of November 2010, are in the process of revising our by-laws so that we can function more efficiently as an organization. Therefore we are posting the current working copy of the by-laws with revision notes here so they're accessible to the whole membership for their comments. As new drafts are created these will distributed or posted here for further comments.
